The New REV Mini Sprocket Syste

Mini sprockets have become a popular option for racers looking to reduce rotating weight and gain additional clearance, and the new REV system makes it easy to make the switch.

Our new REV 219 Premium Mini-Sprockets are available from 53T through 64T and feature precision-machined teeth designed for smooth #219 chain engagement.

At the centre of the system is the new REV Mini-Sprocket Carrier. Available for 30 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm axles, the carrier means racers across a wide range of karting classes and chassis configurations can take advantage of the Mini Sprocket system. Its six threaded M6 mounting holes also allow the protector and mounting hardware to remain attached, making gear changes quick and straightforward.

Completing the package is our REV Carbon Mini-Sprocket Protector. The new split 165 mm version brings the same lightweight carbon fibre construction as our existing sprocket protectors to the Mini Sprocket system.
