REV Performance Materials — Top 5 New Products of 2025
At REV Performance Materials, we were built on innovation. The entire reason we created REV was simple: get high-performance kart parts into the hands of drivers who demand more. What started with premium sprockets and improved engine mounts quickly grew as the demands from racers and mechanics kept coming.
Every product we develop starts with real-world need — whether that’s something we notice our own drivers struggling with, or direct feedback from racers and mechanics in the paddock. At REV, we don’t sit still. In 2025 alone, we added over 50 new products to our shop, with the goal of becoming a true one-stop shop for karters who demand performance.
What we’re most proud of are the products we design and develop in-house. Here are the Top 5 most popular REV products of 2025 that we brought to market.
1. Carbon Fiber Camera Mount

This one had been requested for years. Our drivers were constantly asking for a better camera mount, but we refused to rush it — we wanted to build something that truly improved on what already existed.
As we began working more and more with carbon fiber (starting with our chain guards), the idea clicked:
a carbon fiber camera mount would be lighter, stronger, and most importantly, reduce vibration — resulting in significantly clearer footage.
From there, the design phase moved quickly, and soon we had our finished product. By customer request, we released it in multiple colors to complement different liveries. The response has been overwhelming. The Carbon Camera Mount has become one of our most talked-about products and one of our hardest to keep in stock.
2. V2 Floating Sprocket Carrier

Our original Floating Sprocket Carrier was already a performance favorite — improved efficiency, reduced chain and sprocket wear, and smoother power delivery. But the original jam-nut design could loosen over time if not carefully monitored, and we knew we could do better.
So we went back to the drawing board.
The V2 Floating Sprocket Carrier eliminates that issue entirely with a completely redesigned system. The result is an incredibly durable design that outperforms the original while keeping your chain perfectly aligned — even as the chassis flexes on track.
3. Half-Tooth Sprocket

This project took time. We went through multiple designs before we finally cracked the code.
We knew the goal: give drivers the ability to fine-tune their gearing when the jump between sprockets was too big — but creating a true half-tooth effect isn’t as simple as removing half a tooth. The breakthrough came when we realized the solution was tooth geometry. By altering the tooth shape and angle, we achieved the effect of a half-tooth without actually adding or removing teeth.
So when you’re stuck choosing between a 74T and a 75T, you can now run a 74.5T — cutting the difference without sacrificing straight-line speed or corner exit.
The Half-Tooth Sprocket requires a bit of education at first, but once drivers understand the possibilities, they absolutely love the flexibility it provides.
4. Axle Cleaning Tool

This one had to happen.
Every paddock has that guy who’s rigged something questionable onto a drill to spin an axle. We’ve seen everything from “interesting” to “disaster waiting to happen.” We decided to fix that problem properly.
The REV Axle Cleaning Tool:
-
Attaches to any standard drill
-
Fits 30, 40, and 50 mm axles
-
Installs in seconds
-
Fits easily in any toolbox
Simply install it on the end of your axle, spin with one hand, and clean with a cloth or Scotch-Brite pad using the other. It makes axle cleaning fast, easy, and safe.
5. Briggs LO206 Oil Drip Plate

Another one for the mechanics — and something so obvious we can’t believe we didn’t have it sooner.
The LO206 Oil Drip Plate installs between the engine and engine mount and redirects oil into a controlled stream during oil changes. No more oil spraying everywhere. No more mess. Just clean, controlled oil changes that make life in the shop that much easier.
What’s Next?
We’re incredibly proud of what we released in 2025 — but we’re far from done. Our team is already hard at work developing the next wave of REV products.
What would you like to see next?
