Axle Removal Tool

The Axle Removal Tool, available in 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm sizes, is essential for go-kart maintenance. Removing an axle is a common occurrence in karting, whether you're testing different setups or replacing a bent axle after a crash, this tool simplifies the process. Choose the appropriate size based on your kart: 30mm for Mini/Cadet karts, 40mm for 4-stroke Jr/Sr karts, and 50mm for 2-stroke Jr/Sr karts.

Commonly known as a "basher tool," it’s designed to help remove axles that may be stuck, particularly in the bearing cassette. The tool’s head matches the axle size, allowing you to place it alongside the axle. Hammering the end of the tool pushes the axle out smoothly.

Before use, ensure axle set screws are loosened, the brake disk is released, and no keyways are obstructing the axle. This preparation will ensure efficient and trouble-free axle removal.
